ZJC-2C-S36 fully automatic motor rotor tester is used for on-line testing the auto production line of rotor, and also can be used individually. The whole machine is make up of conveying line, testing head, testing unit and control part. This tester can pass the qualified rotor and remove the poor rotor. PLC controls the whole machine, Touches the screen with the parameter to establish, the operationsimple, establishment is convenient.
Function and Features
1. Five testing items
Accurately measure the welding resistance. Due to adopting ten-line balancing method, the level of testing spot weld can reach the very high. Precision, the minimum of indicator value is 1μ Ω
Test the resistance consistency between slices of armature.
Test insulation performance between circles of windings
Test the pressure resistance of the frequency between iron core, shaft and winding.
Test the insulation resistance between winding and iron core.
2. The testing speed is super high, it takes less than 12s to test all the above five items for 24 slices of commutator.
3. Built-in industry computer, LCD color display panel( with touch screen).
4. Digital voltage regulating mode, the value is created automatically, and they are reliable and accurate.
5. The data of 400 types of rotors are stored, it is convenient for the production and management.
6. The function of report form printing.
7. Mater needle adopts the pattern of steam pocket, to ensure the consistency of each needle's pressure.
