This machine is applied in welding the commutator of all kinds of high standard motor rotors. The whole machine adopts the joint control of Japan SIEMENS programmable controller PLC and Japan MIYACHI inverter power supply. The controller interface is SIEMENS 10.4 panel. Welding parameter is set on panel directly. Welding control is divided into three pressure control with the function of displacement and pressure test. In addition, with external water-cooling box, it can cool down transformer and the welding head timely. There assembles temperature monitoring systems at circuit.
Function and Features
1. It is fit for soldering the commutator hook, slot and coil wire of high standard rotors.
2. Heavy-duty engine lathe is adopted to eliminate vibration and ensure welding stability.
3. SIEMENS AC servo motor system is used for rotary indexing.
4. Sensor is used for finding slot accurately and fast to avoid damaging coil wire.
5. Two MIYACHI DC welding power are used for offering reliable power.
6. Welding electrode adopts precision control, and main movement pressure is controlled by ASCO electric proportional valve for precision closed-loop, not only setting pressure curve but also monitoring welding pressure with multi-step control.
