This machine is designed for different types of ex-circle and end surface of micro motor commutator and ex-circle of iron coil precision turning. Whole machine adopts German SIEMENS PLC; Parameters setting adopts SIEMENS 10.4 color touch panel, simple and intuitive to operate. In order to reduce head vibration greatly, main motor uses SIEMENS AC servo motor. Furthermore, feed and advance tools system also adopts AC servo motor, which drags the motion platform composed of precision ball screw and Bosch Rexroth high-precision loading linear guide. Turning is even and stable. Moreover the machine is equipped with manipulator gripping system with 180 degree and SIEMENS MOBY system. It is convenient for foreign high advanced production line combined.
