This machine is designed for different types of high standards motor commutator precision turning. Whole machine adopts Siemens S7-300 programmable logic controller. Double carriages advance system uses three sets of Germany's Siemens servo motor system. Drive system is a movement platform, which is composed by Bosch Rexroth precision ball screw and high-precision loading linear guide. Turning is even and stable. Parameter settings adopts Siemens color touch screen. It is simple and intuitive for operation.
